City Block replicates five buildings that one might see in any major city in the world. Imagine flying around this sculpture in a helicopter and you can imagine this to be so.

City Block started off by building five particle wood boxes that were completely wrapped in hundreds of pieces of metal, gleaned mostly from the Ottawa Valley in Ontario. When the boxes were completely wrapped in metal the boxes were burned out just leaving the finished sculpture. The sculpture was left as it is with no rust protection.
